Returns, Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel your order before it has been baked, then please contact us on 01325 351614 or email email@example.com and we will issue a refund.
If we receive a request to cancel an order after it has been baked and dispatched then we will not be able to provide a refund.
If you are unhappy with our produce and you require to return your order, please call us on 01325 351614 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return. This instruction must come from the original ordering e-mail address or person ordering. We will ask security questions to confirm this cancellation.
If we are satisfied with the justification of the returned produce, the charge made to you will be refunded on return of the goods less the original carriage charge and will include the return carriage charge. We will only accept returned goods if there is a fault with the product and not because the customer has changed their mind.
Upon refund of your order or any part of your order, we admonish ourselves from any further complaint, commission or compensation relating to the refund.
